Sen. Ted Cruz explains to TMZ how he played Secret Santa in the Senate

Sen. Ted Cruz didn’t shy away when he was ambushed by a TMZ reporter and asked about holiday gift swapping among colleagues in DC. Cruz explained that he had just participated in a Secret Santa in the Senate and both his partners were Democrats.
