Senate Democrats to allow vote on Keystone Pipeline to help Mary Landrieu?

Mary Landrieu swears this isn’t about her re-election but CBS News reporter Nancy Cordes explains that the Senate, after six years, is all of a sudden going to allow a vote on the Keystone Pipeline in hopes that it will help Landrieu hold on to her seat.
