Socialist Ocasio-Cortez calls on people to OCCUPY airports and ICE offices!

The socialist ‘girl from the Bronx’ Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is now saying that until children are reunited with their parents, that people should occupy airports and ICE offices.

“We have to have a rapid response,” she said. “And I think every day that we go on, especially a day when something that heinous happens, we have to occupy all of it. We need to occupy every airport. We need to occupy every border. We need to occupy every ICE office until those kids are back with their parents, period.”

Oh yeah, she also said they should occupy ‘every border’, but honestly I’m not even sure how you do that.

She went on to say…

“We have to show people that we’re willing to walk the walk,” she said.

She called the Trump presidency “rising fascism” and said “we need to be ready to drop everything and go straight to LaGuardia airport. We need to be ready to drop everything and go straight to our local ICE agency.”

“This can only be blocked through our own action,” she added.

Sure do it, what could possibly go wrong. I can’t wait to see ‘occupiers’ taking craps on cop cars again and tent cities going up where women get raped in order to protest the Trump administration following the law. It’ll be great.

But seriously, what about the rule of law? Does that even matter? I get that the issue is a tough one for some people, but it’s not like the Trump administration separated children because they are cruel pedophiles or something. They did it because the courts have ordered them to do so. And unless we go back to ‘catch and release’ (which is where we may be now…not sure), I’m not sure what else they can do about it unless the courts decide otherwise or Congress intervenes.

But hey, if the Congress thing doesn’t work out, it looks like ‘the girl from the bronx’ could be the new leader of the occupy movement.
