Could these mocking tweets mean Al-Shabaab had something to do with the bombings yesterday? (via PJ Tatler)

I wouldn’t expect anything other than hate from a terrorist group. So who knows if they are responsible. I understand that if an Islamic group is responsible, they will take responsibility for it officially in the first 72 hours as they have in the past.

“The https://twitter.com/search?q=%23BostonBombings&src=hash are just a tiny fraction of what US soldiers inflict upon millions of innocent Muslims across the globe on a daily basis”
    An innocent muzzim?  Where?

    • colliemum

WordsFailMe Only in their own minds … inside their heads.

      • Valin

        colliemum WordsFailMe
How about the Muslims soldiers that fought along side us in Iraq, and Afghanistan?  How about those Muslims that are keeping their eyes and ears open as to who LEO’s should keep an eye on, or the millions of Iranians that took to the streets protesting the Mullahs?

        • WordsFailMe

Valin colliemum WordsFailMe How about the Afghan soldiers and trainee policemen that murdered the Americans who trained them on graduation day? How about the dead children in Israeli classrooms, buses and coffee shops. How about the Somai slave traders who sell sub-saharans to brothels? How about the the fbloodthirsty muzlum mothers who push their foul spawn to murder and suicide?
The only good muz is one who has ceased to stink.

Maybe a percentage of them don’t want to be moslem. Maybe they do it to put your mind to ease, fool you, make you ripe for ‘harvest’. They do that a lot, I understand. They love to pull the wool over the eyes of infidels in any way they can. We lose people in Afghanistan every day due to these moslem ‘institutions’.

Not only do words fail you but apparently so does logic.

colliemum WordsFailMe No they aren’t people at all ! Except that they are! Must we paint everyone with a broad brush. Because they have been indoctrinated by the authority figures in Islam. No different than what the NEA did to us. That’s the rub, no one on either side can possibly put themselves in the other guys shoes. Why wouldn’t they celebrate this event after they’ve lost loved ones in a drone strike because Uncle Mahood and friends decided to come to this house for a meeting! What has brought us here to this point is US foreign policy for the last 63 years!

        • colliemum

May I respectfully sugest that you inform yourself about islam. There are sites you can visit, and books you can learn from. Google Robert Spencer, for a start.
It is childish, to say the least, to blame US Foreign policy for muslim terrorists. Find out how islam started and what they did to the peoples of the Middle East. At that time America hadn’t even been discovered, never mind having a foreign policy.
So kindly inform yourself before you post sob stories.

colliemum factsobill WordsFailMe I am well aware of the history and legacy of Islam . Your concept of the religion as the beast is that of one in a glass house. I respect you. If you go back and look at what our interests in the middle east and can say with clear conscience, that each foreign policy implemented by our government hasn’t added to the powder keg! Then you’re the Queen of Denial!

There are now many splinter jihadi groups, so unless one officially claims responsibility, who knows.
However, some points can be made after the press conference today:
    * allegedly, the IEDs were pressure cookers, filled with nails, ball bearings, metal shards, placed in backpacks and set on the ground. This resembles the IEDs made by the Taliban.
    * the police did check 24 hours and two hours before the event, with sniffer dogs. If such packs weren’t there, the dogs couldn’t have sniffed them out. How hard could it have been to walk up to the two blast points with a backpack, set them down and then explode them probably with a cell phone? Not very, I think.
    * in spite of all the MSM blaming a ‘right wing’ lone wolf or group, isn’t it odd that the police apparently went straight for this Saudi student? Doing so must mean they recognised the hand writing of a jihadi terrorist attack. The Saudi student may well have been unlucky, or he may have been involved, that is not known at this stage. But unless we accuse the Boston Police of knee-jerk institutionalised racism, this action should make people pause and think.
    * it would not surprise me if the murderers turn out to be home-grown, i.e. immigrants from one or the other islamic republic, not necessarily Arab. We shouldn’t forget that islam is the major religion in huge stretches of Africa, so this Somali terror group might turn out to be culpable. There are very mani Somali immigrants in both our countries.
    * it is a huge mistake to assume that jihadis only ever use suicide bombers, and only ever chat about their coming deeds on social media. They are not stupid, and they have learned about how law enforcement works in our countries. If this turns out to be a novel form of terrorist attack, which I am beginning to think it may be, then God help us all.

colliemum Excellent assessment of the facts!  I would like this post 1000 times if I could.

    • famouswolf

It’s likely just the start, yes.
We should probably be thankful they used homemade claymores instead of the real deal. For now.

    • Dr. Strangelove

colliemum It’s probable that they already had their eye on the Saudi and scooped him up after the blasts.

Tell me WHERE is a good, armed to the teeth DRONE or TWO, when you need them, eh?

    • famouswolf

Ah, come on, Wolfie. Wouldn’t you rather us be there, loaded for bear?
      I would and do.

Oh man!  I’m sooo there!! If we could be!  If only….

  • Watchman74

What exactly are we inflicting on “innocent” Muslims across the globe?

    • http://cfp4us.org/ WolfieUSA

      Watchman74
FREEDOM!!  Unappreciative bastards that they are!

    • famouswolf

Now that you mention it, out culture. Free sassy women. That sort of thing.
This is an existential struggle between cultures. Nothing less.

      • Watchman74

famouswolf True enough, Shria hates anything modern or western.

  • deTocqueville1

Flawed logic to assume that any Islamist group mocking a tragedy in the ‘West’ had anything to do with it. I am sure death and destruction in America are being celebrated widely publicly and privately throughout much of the Muslim world to-day.

  • famouswolf

To bad these bastards are too chickensh*t to just come on out in the open, throw down with us and winner take all instead of sneaking around and slaughtering the helpless and anyone who is unarmed and of a different faith.
    I am sooooo impressed.

  • http://www.navalwarfare.blogspot.com/ Libertyship46

Well, there’s not a tweet in the world that can’t be fixed with the assistance of a Hellfire missile. One should be headed their way.

    • PJRodman

Libertyship46 We’ve intentionally brought these Somalis by the thousands to “assimilate” in Tennessee and Ohio.  Doctors and engineers are awaiting visas and we bring 6th century Islamists who immediately go on the dole and assume they are going to love America.

  • PJRodman

This was something very American, important to Boston and the region. I pray that this isn’t going to be a trend at other very American-regional events, like Derby, Indy 500, etc.  I think these small attacks are likely to increase. And we shouldn’t make so much fun of the likes of Kim Jung Un, our borders are so open anyone could walk over with something a bit more powerful and put that in a pressure cooker or a truck.

    • Valin

”   I think these small attacks are likely to increase.”
Assuming this attack was done by Islamic Terrorist (and it probably was), it appears they have learned the most important lesson…Keep Your Big Mouth Shut.  I fear you are correct.
