Can you please correct the spelling of AG Wilson’s first name? It’s “Alan,” not “Allen.”

Oops! Thanks for catching that :-)

Folks, it is time our state reps start impeaching federal employees and judges. We have that right and need to start exercising it.

  • http://www.facebook.com/david.masiwchuk David Scott Masiwchuk

More proof that democrats are up to their necks in voter irregularities otherwise they wouldn’t care about this law.

    • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1396855720 Brian Jones

It’s also a sign of what’s to come in 2012. Holder and Obama have been planning for this since 2008, putting into place a giant voter fraud infrastructre. And now that they’re so close, they’re doing everything they can to keep the Great Election Theft of 2012 on the agenda.

On a sidenote, since when does the Attorney General have the right to strike down a law? Isn’t that reserved for the Judicial Branch? Holder is under the Executive Branch (DOJ is Executive), NOT Judicial, nor Legislative. He is charged with the duty of ENFORCING Federal Laws (or in Holder’s case, ignoring laws) created by Congress, under guidance of the Judicial Branch and direction of the Executive. Since when does he get to effectively LEGISLATE over a State’s Laws???

      • Anonymous

agree…I’m not sure where his authority comes from to strike down their law. SC is a soveign state. Where does the DOJ’s authority in this matter come from? I don’t even know where they get the authority to sue other states for the immigration laws either.

I can’t remember a time where the federal government challenged the laws that states had come out with. Especially laws that make sense. This law is their constitutional right.

I wonder if Eric Holder and company have to show a photo id to get into the DOJ building in DC?

        • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1396855720 Brian Jones

I think he’s just stalling, to be honest. He knows he can’t do this stuff, and he knows the Supreme Court will strike all this stuff down. But it’ll take 5 years to do it, and that’ll give Obama all the time he needs.

Keep in mind Obama’s already been held in Contempt of Court (by the Supreme Court) while in office…he just doesn’t care.

We have to show photo ID in a small precint where we know everyone, including the poll workers and we are alll white. I do not understand….have to show it for almost everything now.

  • Anonymous

Heard on the Tom Sullivan show today that the reason the Dems are going after So. Carolina is because there is no chance of winning that state so they are attacking their I.D. law to set a precedent to be used nationally. Sounds like a Dem move.

    • Anonymous

Dems..Liars and Cheaters and Thieves…Oh my.

There are few things I have as much disdain for as a democrat. As a party, they have been overrun by progressive ideologues (commies) and have no shame, no scruples, no honesty, no integrity, no morals, no wisdom, and no redeeming qualities whatsoever.

I don’t understand why they have constituents these days. There are a lot of really unwise folks in this country that still vote democrat because their ancestors voted democrat, without realizing that there is no longer such a thing as the kind of democrat there used to be. Others vote wide-eyed for socialism the D-party embodies.

The Blue Dogs are an extinct species, and the remaining democrats are racing down the road to serfdom at warp speed. Would that Scotty could throw a monkey wrench into the warp drive and crash that bee-atch.

Oh well, it takes ballot bullets, and preventing fraud. Democrats are pro-fraud. Talk about disenfranchisement. Every fraudulent vote disenfranchises a valid one. That angers me something fierce.

      • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1396855720 Brian Jones

And just like Paulbots, no matter HOW much proven voter fraud we direct to their attention, it still won’t be enough (in their eyes) to justify our efforts to ensure valid voter ballots. It’s just cause we’re racist…that is all.

This is their answer regardless of how many instances of it are found and/or prosecuted. “It’s an isloated thing”, like Islamic terrorism is forever an isolated thing.

          BS!

It’s a premeditated thing, an ongoing thing. It is a rampant thing. Democrat fraud and Islamic Terrorism. Bedfellows of slavery and nation killing.

      • Anonymous

As you say, the socialist ideologues have no shame, scruples, honesty, integrity, morals, wisdom or any redeeming value. These though are the ones who gain from socialism, the ones who live a do as I say not as I do life. They need the Democrat voters to stay in power so they indoctrinate them in many ways. They dumb them down with an inferior education system that eliminates a true historical perspective, they distract our youth with electronic gods, they control the media so that they are exposed to propaganda that makes it ‘cool’ to think the way they do, they force unionize to control, they put out carrots as rewards at the expense of self respect.

As for those who vote for the Democrat party and have all their lives because of their ancestors have, they don’t know that what used to be ‘ask not what your country can do for you ask what you can do for your country’ has now morphed into ‘ask not what you can do for your country, ask what your country can do for you.’

To end off where you began, I fear that If we don’t get off this yellow brick road to socialism we can forget this great and once successful idea of America.

The state AG made what I thought a valid argument that the mostly poor blacks are probably picking up their prescibed meds at pharmacy, in order to do so in the state must show a provable ID. As I heard, that this case, DOJ was arguing that the persons in question could not afford to pay for the IDs.. ? Sounds like DOJ is again engaging in circular thinking and hasn’t got a leg to stand on.

      • Anonymous

Yep. Agreed! And what exactly did Eric Holder and his DOJ do when they had ‘real’ voter discrimination on video tape in front of a polling place in Philadelphia in 2008?

        Answer: Not a damn thing.

  • Anonymous

What the heck happened to states’ rights?

    Cheaters!

  • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1396855720 Brian Jones

How can someone survive in this country without an ID? I guess if you didn’t drive, didn’t drink alcohol, didn’t gamble, didn’t use credit cards, didn’t have a bank account of any kind, didn’t fly on airlines, didn’t purchase medications, didn’t have a doctor, didn’t go to amusement parks, AND DIDN’T GET ANY WELFARE “BENEFITS”, you’d be able to do it. But man…that’s difficult!!!

    • Anonymous

You can’t do anything any more without ID, except…..

      vote and become President.

      • Is_Sense_Common

Wish I could “like” that comment 100x’s!

    • cabensg

Actually you can survive very well as long as your not a tax paying American citizen. California (don’t remember where) is not going to take the cars away from unlicensed drivers. Now who do you suppose that is?

      • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1396855720 Brian Jones

Did you know that in Oklahoma it’s not illegal to drive without insurance! There was a guy with a trailer full of rocks on the highway, and one fell out and hit my windshield and smashed it. Well, I called the cops, and proceeded to pursue the assailant while he tried to lose me. Finally, the cops caught up to us, and pulled us both over in a lumber yard. Turns out the guy had no insurance, and no license. The cop just let him go (after we extorted the guy for the bundle of $1 bills he had, in order to replace my windshield). I asked the cop what happens if he hits someone with his truck right after leaving there…wouldn’t the cop be responsible (since he let the guy go)? Who will pay for THEIR medical/repair bills? He said it wasn’t his concern since it wasn’t illegal to drive without insurance!!! Blows me away to this day!

And here in SoCal, if someone is driving slow in front of you on the Highway, check to see if they’re driving the speed limit in Kilometers Per Hour. 90% of the time, they are, and they are Mexican…I wonder what THAT means…

      • Anonymous

The reasoning I read in my “newspaper” was that if the cars were impounded, that the unlicensed would not be able to get to work. It’s a mad mad mad California !

  • Anonymous

If they are allowed to have photo id, how will acorn be able to register illegal aliens and deceased folk to vote early and often on election day?

    • Anonymous

I saw a black guy (which is only relevant because of the nature of the argument) on Hannity say that the reason they can’t require ID is because of the continued discrimination against the blacks. What a crock. Is he making the claim that blacks won’t be allowed to get ID so they can vote? It’s bullcrap, and I’m sick of the left using the blacks as a leg to stand on for their policies.

      • StNikao

They have a year to muster up the gumption and a ride (or phone call) to get a Photo ID. If they can’t get an ID, they likely won’t be able to get to the poll anyway.

        • Anonymous

Someone else said that you have to have a photo ID to get welfare…which I wouldn’t know because I’ve never had it, but it makes perfect sense. I don’t hear any lefties complaining about blacks being disenfranchised from the welfare office.

BTW, it might sound like I’m saying blacks are the only ones on welfare, but that’s not my intent. There are more whites on welfare total. However, the left can’t get away with using whites as victims.

  • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1396855720 Brian Jones

Is there a such thing as Republican Voter Fraud??? It seems like the only people that vote fraudulently are Democrats…I know for a FACT that I would NEVER vote more than once, even against Obama in 2012. Wouldn’t happen. The Elections Process is the SINGLE most important thing we have in this Country, and those bastards want to take that away from us. If 2012 shows rampant voter fraud, I fear what will happen…but welcome it at the same time.

    • Is_Sense_Common

Seems highly unlikely, but look what happened to Newt’s campaign in Virginia… Desperation seemed to trump principle. We’re only human, I guess. Regardless- this nonsense about the US Atty office suing so many states over the past 3 years is mind-boggling. Our Fed Gov’t bows to terrorists & commies but sues its own states for enforcing its own laws. What. The. Heck.?!? Tell me who is the “Bad Guy” in their eyes???

      • Anonymous

The bad guys are truth, justice and the American way.

    • Erich Snider

I dream of the day when I can join my neighbors and march and crush these vermin liberal scum under our heels and boots.. Anyone remember truth and honesty and doing the right thing. The left always does whats worst for the majority, but they better watch out because good people like a fair card game and we are about ready to knock the table over and kick some ass. It has always been a small percentage of folk that ruin it for all of us,the wife beaters, child molesters, rapists, frauds, thieves, animal abusers, haters, liars and on and on.I wish we could send them all to a new age Devils Island. We could then form new communities full of God fearing people and keep all offenders out, then put up a forty foot fence with 8″ barb wire and land mines every 2 feet if that what it takes. We could create our own laws based purely on common sense. What-ever I am tired of being played a fool by the government and especially these gooey eyed liberals. One day the real red blooded American is going to snap and these left wing America haters better start leaving our beloved shores…..ERICHTHETRUTHTELLER

Ok, so there are more blacks without photo ID than whites. So what? Whose fault is that? They have the ability to get photo ID just like anyone else, and this is just an excuse by the left to leave the gaps in the law that allow fraud to flourish.

How does the left figure that this isn’t an insult to blacks? They are constantly portraying them as incompetent, and it’s ridiculous. It’s not true.

The left was against letting states supply photo ID’s for free, too. This is obviously a lie they are putting forth as an argument. They don’t want those ID’s out there, because then there’s no excuse to not require presenting it to vote.

Fraud, fraud, fraud, fraud. A party that is devoted to it.

    • Anonymous

If you can’t figure out how to get a photo ID in the state where you live, what makes you think you can make a reasonable choice for President?

There’s no law against your being ignorant, ineffective and stupid. Just don’t vote.

      • Anonymous

        Very well said.

    • Anonymous

Additionally G. Soros has been on this kick and campaign nationwide to win Secretary of State elections with folks that side with his brand of “progressivism”. His goal with this is to cheat the voters and side with the fraudsters. This is why Minnesota has Al Franken as one of it’s senators. They kept finding extra boxes of ballots until he had enough to “win”.

      • Anonymous

You know that particular election just sapped me emotionally. They (the lying cheating dems) literally found a car with a trunk load of ballots in it that night. I’m not kidding! You can’t make this stuff up. It was like 400 ballots from a precinct who magically voted 90% for dems.

I was dissappointed in Tim Pawlenty over that whole debacle. He did nothing to help. I guess his hands were tied.

      • Anonymous

I was disgusted with the Al Franken election. I wish the right would take huge steps to crack down on the fraud, because it is rampant on the left. The Acorn management was brought up on charges of fraud and the judge told them/him/her…I don’t remember…..he wanted to give them 10 years in prison. But he had a problem….the law would only let him fine them a small amount. They better get serious because this is quickly turning us into a banana republic.

    • Anonymous

According to SC AG only 10% of blacks had no ID. The whites were 8.6%.

That throws the DOJ argument out the window..saying that essentially it’d be especially unfair on blacks in the state.

      • Anonymous

Dems don’t accept facts unless it suits there agenda.

That’s a nice stat to know. Thanks.

The State of Georgia will GO TO THE RESIDENCE of anyone who needs a photo ID at NO CHARGE – all they have to do is call –

Sounds like a plan to me !

That would stop Holder dead in his tracks

    Holder MUST go

Holder is a criminal. He has no business being where he is. It says an awful lot about the people allowing Holder to continue where he is, right, Mr. Boehner? John Boehner and his compliant House of Representatives should be stopping this, and that makes them responsible.
Second worse Speaker of The House.

Holder is a criminal and he wants voter fraud.

In every single country in the World, the voters have to show an ID with photo when they want to exercise their right to vote and nobody is complaining nor feeling discriminated, insulted or intimidated. I have seen people in Third World during election day that didn’t even have shoes, but a photo ID, so I believe that the U.S. can and should be able to facilitate a document that certifies the citizenship or legal status to vote. Furthermore I also believe that all presidential candidates should show a U.S. birth certificate in each State before they are allowed to rally. The “democratic event” should be held between a “legal” voter vs a “legal candidate”, just to make things a little bit different and legal next time………

The Criminal Syndicate DOJ with their activist separatist Anglo-American hating attorneys in tow is filing every lawsuit that attempts to enforce immigration and voter ID laws…hmmm. Could it be time to charge discrimination and racial profiling charges against this rabid organ?
I want to hear our candidates talk about how fast they will blow out this total criminal syndicate DOJ. Nothing else!

I don’t even know what to say anymore. It’s just one thing after another. This has been the longest three years of my life. On one hand I can’t wait until November but with voter fraud like this going on in South Carolina, Alabama, Arizona, Texas, and probably all over the country I begin to wonder what November has in store for all of us.

    • Anonymous

Word is that Holder will file injunctions in all of these states (with new voter ID laws) about one month before elections. That way, there will not be enough time for the states to challenge it.

      • StNikao

Time for WE THE PEOPLE to write our congress persons (I already did) and DEMAND that EVERY state use Photo IDs…tell them we DO NOT WANT THIS ELECTION STOLEN from us by fraud.

The federal DOJ taking on a States DOJ. I don’t think this is what our founding fathers had in mind when they outlined the idea of the UNITED States. Regardless, Eric Holder is always behind reverse racism. If the new law had leaned to making it harder for whites to vote, you wouldn’t hear a peep out of the Federal DOJ. Sickening is what it is. What next? Remove the provision that prevents convicted felons to vote because it affects more blacks than whites? *puking*

You have to have a photo ID at a local convenience store to purchase cigarettes. Doesn’t this have the same affect on Blacks? Oh wait, they cause cancer so no problem there. Moving on……

Holder is trying to help Obama become a banana republic strong man.

    • KenInMontana

Sadly all that will result from that is a banana republic style civil/revolutionary war.

When are one of these states going to say NO. You don’t enforce the laws? We will in our state. When are the citizens of one of these states going to say NO? The states need to hold a copy of the constitution and say HELL NO. Maybe other states will follow and really put pressure on the government. Can you imagine how bad this would look for the government? Mainly Obama and the DOJ? States and citizens of these states please stand firm!!

Another case of how mis-guided and corrupt our JUSTICE Department is under eric holder and barrak hussein odumba. Watch for more and more shenanigans to come until they are both booted out of office in 2012.

  • bobemakk

Sure, the democrats will probably oppose it because voter fraud is what got Obama elected. All voters should be required to have some kind of ID.

  • HarryOrielly

Obama is a professional CON-man (Street Hustler) who is slick and smooth talking but he is a FRAUD of the highest level- his whole life is a lie- The most secretive of ALL presidents- Every part of his past has been hidden or destroyed- he even surrendered his LAW license to avoid investigation- even his kindergarten records are sealed- OBAMA IS THE BIGGEST FRAUD OF ALL TIME- he runs a government of unprecedented corruption- just GOOGLE “LARRY SINCLAIR” to hear what one of his old friends has to say about his criminal past- Obama tried to setup & smear Larry as a LIAR in a political move but I believe Larry because Obama has hidden his entire past history at the cost of millions- these are not the actiions of an innocent man who has nothing to hide-

The Government has worked tirelessly to uncover fraud in the voting system,so far they have found only a few cases of fraud in all of America. I heard they have thousands of people working on it right now.
