The key to fair taxation is Constitutional spending. If they cut out everything un-Constitutional, then they'd be able to dial down taxation to a flat, universal (and fair) 5%. No more income taxation. As for heritage making one more noble, what does mine make me, I wonder?
I really didn't give her credit before. It's funny, after hearing her talk, Elizabeth Warren is an utter twit. She has no "heritage" to speak of... her "people" were never repressed.
