In a pretty entertaining interview with Chris Matthews, Trump’s muttonheaded spokes-thug Boris Epshteyn tried to dodge every time Matthews asked him if Trump was going to show up in black communities to make his case to African-Americans.
It sounds like there’s no way in hell Trump is going into a black community:
And it’s not like he hasn’t been invited – he’s rejected many invites from many minority groups:
Trump says he's appealing to minority voters, but has refused invites from:
NAACP
Urban League
Hispanic Chamb. of Commerce

Now look, I understand why he wouldn’t want to show up because these groups would be pretty hostile to him, but it does appear kinda weak. Even Mitt Romney went to speak at the ACLU in 2012, and yes he was booed, but he stood his ground and people roundly praised him for it. But I guess Trump isn’t as courageous, and doesn’t want to “tell it like it is” to African-Americans the way Mitt Romney did.
And don’t forget, Corey Lewandowski earlier implied that he won’t go to black communities because they’re not safe:
So Lewandowski is basically arguing Trump doesn't talk directly to Black communities because it's not safe. pic.twitter.com/SmvTAVa1e0

Good luck with that narrative, cheeto-face.
