Asked whether the Taliban would be inspired by the exchange to kidnap others, he laughed. “Definitely,” he says. “It’s better to kidnap one person like Bergdahl than kidnapping hundreds of useless people. It has encouraged our people. Now everybody will work hard to capture such an important bird.”
I’m shocked, SHOCKED that the Taliban got such a good deal that they would be willing to do it again, especially after Obama is going around the world telling people that we don’t leave our men behind, no matter what.
It’s like Obama wants them to do it again and again until he can get GITMO cleaned out or something.
