The White House REFUSES to say whether the border is secure or not

I’ve never seen so much dancing. You’d think someone was shooting at the feet of the WH press secretary when he was asked over and over by Ed Henry if the border is secure. He just kept dancing around the question refusing to say if it was secure or not.
