I’ve been following The Dodo for quite some time and honestly they come up with the best stuff. And this first video is purrrfect for an open thread:
This cat knows how to sing along with his mom! pic.twitter.com/ccCQKePIX7

That really is adorable. Sadly my cat will only meow for me when he’s hungry.
Here’s another video that I just loved. I really never thought a video about a Turkey could be so cute as this one:
When this guy adopted a turkey named Albert, he had no idea he'd end up raising his babies too — or that becoming a turkey dad would make him happier than he ever imagined 🐣❤️ pic.twitter.com/2AY6kybsid

Seeing the turkey at the back door with the dog, waiting to get in….oh man that was one of the best parts.

Ok on a different note, I want you to hear something much more serious if you’re willing. It’s a late 1990s lecture by Scott Hahn, a former evangelical pastor, who discovered something absolutely revolutionary about the passion of Christ Jesus. He discovered it while he was still protestant in the 80s and it led him to the Catholic church.
It deals specifically with the last Passover that Jesus celebrated with his disciples and His death on the cross. If you are familiar with the 4th cup lectures by Hahn, then you may have heard it. I had read about this in detail before, but I found his lecture so compelling that I wanted to share it with you. I know its a bit long (actual 51 mins), but I promise you it is well worth it. And I look forward to hearing what you think about it.
Well as you know, this is your Friday open thread. I hope you enjoyed the videos and the lecture!
