THIS is why cops need more than just STUN GUNS

I know this is a jail, but this guy is stunned and he doesn’t go down. And he takes four jail guards with him. In jail or prison you can’t have a lethal weapon that a prisoner could take from you. But his is a perfect example of why, in the free world, cops could not live on stun guns alone:
