Tom Cotton was on with Morning Joe today, discussing Trump’s latest comment about Russia where he compared ‘America killers’ to Putin:

Cotton’s basic point is that he wants to wait until Trump has a fully staffed cabinet and explains what exactly his posture will be towards Russia.
He argues that Trump himself was more clear-eyed about Russia at his presser just last month and that he has appointed several top members of his Cabinet who are very clear-eyed when it comes to Russia. So because of that he doesn’t want to prejudge all of Trump’s policy and posture toward Russia based on one comment.
