Trey Gowdy was interviewed by Maria Bartiromo on Fox News this morning and it’s worth a watch.
Especially when he mocks Schiff’s FISA memo halfway through and explains why there needs to be a second special counsel to expand on the IG’s findings.
Here’s the full interview:
Gowdy basically says that there are many witnesses that the IG simply doesn’t have access to, but a second special counsel was. That’s much more reasonable than the shouting idiocy from most of the people who call for a second special counsel, and that’s why I trust Gowdy more than most – he actually makes sense.
Don’t miss this pretty awesome moment:
Asked if he worries his retirement means Congress "will actually not get to the truth" (LOL), @TGowdySC compliments "guys like Johnny Ratcliffe," says "they're not incredibly well known because they don't drive drunk (!) and cheat on their wives."

I’m not sure if that’s supposed to be a slam on Rep. Gaetz, but it’s definitely mocking the media for what they focus on…
