Trey Gowdy very slowly explained to Tucker Carlson how incidental surveillance would explain how Mike Flynn got caught lying to Mike Pence. Very, very slowly.

But on the way there, he admitted that there was no “evidentiary basis” for Trump’s surveillance claim, yet.

However, he made it clear that the “unmasking” of Mike Flynn, and the leaking of the info, is definitely a yuge deal, and should be investigated. I think any rational person would agree with that.
