True The Vote suing St. Lucie County for mishandling recount in Allen West race

True The Vote is trying to get to the bottom of what really happened in St. Lucie County when they held the recount for Allen West’s congressional race. According to TTV, the Supervisor of Elections in St. Lucie County has admitted to making mistakes during the recount process and though it won’t change the outcome of the election at this point, TTV is suing them to find out what really happened.

If it just gives the “officials” a massive headache, emptied pocketbooks, checkbooks, and otherwise a lousy few weeks….yep, go for it.

  • c4pfan

I hope that this brings us the answers that we all have about this!

  • Conservative_Hippie

I hope the truth is revealed!

  • Joe

I blame the GOP for losing this election

They should have aggressively contested any election that was suspect

Something is NOT RIGHT with the GOP !

    • Rshill7
      • Joe

        Someone here mentioned that before

If true – they really are stupid

BUT what about other private groups ?

        • Rshill7

That’s why “True The Vote” is suing them I guess. I’d like to see many suits from many groups.

        • Orangeone

I would argue that what the GOP did was against public policy, sue and let the court interpret.

  • sjmom

Just what I was referring to in the Arizona post here this morning. Keep these lawsuits coming and the govt in court ad infinitum. They want us to roll over; don’t think so.

We have to fight fire with fire..

  • WhiteGuy2

True the vote, and expose the fraud.

  • Multi Mistakes, Confusion, missed deadlines, botched recount, sounds exactly like liberal democrat party tactics. I’m very proud of this group standing and fighting for all the facts. This is very promising for Americas future.
At this point I’ve signed up and can hardly wait to support and learn all the facts coming out of this investigation. I pray with hope, in the coming months, this will move into the 2012 Pennsylvania elections where we heard and now know Gov.Romney didn’t get a single vote in some 96 districts or counties. Break downs the walls, this is how it’s done, that is unless you live in Bengahzi Libya.

  • davienne

its too bad it wont change the outcome tho… a theft is a theft, and should be treated as such… reacall and remove …. then hire Allen West….. by default…. JMHO….. i would rather see MR West in congress than on TV

    • Patriot077

Agree with your points absolutely but will also enjoy seeing every sneaky act exposed. This case has so many egregious frauds against the public that it is bound to draw attention to districts all over the country.

Hopefully it will make everyone take more interest in the integrity of their own officers and processes. Especially since the GOP agreed to some stupid agreement not to pursue fraud in minority districts. It is up to We The People. Kudos to True the Vote!

  • Sober_Thinking

I find this encouraging. Furthermore, I hope it starts a movement and a series of victories to undo corrupt voting practices and establishments. These crooks need to be exposed… just like ACORN was.

Liberals can’t win in a fair fight… especially if the truth is told.

    • notsofastthere

It is encouraging, but ACORN only reorganized under different names, and Planned Parenthood has not had any cuts in their funding. It really is a battle.

      • E. Lee Zimmerman

That’s ok. Let ’em get outed (sp?) and have to set up shop under another name, ’cause that just gives us one more target to go after. The lesson I’ve learned in life is that you smash the cockroach as many times as it takes to kill it.

        • Sober_Thinking

Ah, look at you… you used my same metaphore. 🙂

      • Sober_Thinking

Yeah… cockroaches scatter when the lights are turned on.

Someday, we’ll have honorable people in leadership over this country again… and hopefully tragedies like those you identified will be rectified.

  • E. Lee Zimmerman

Amen. We should sue every opportunity we get. If that’s how the Liberals wanna play the game, then we should see to it that they’re destroyed politically and legally.

  • deeme

We have got to start firing back at all the corruption..when they get away with it they just double down on it..and they have gotten away with all of it..

    • From Bill O’Reilly’s message board:

“Most everyone suspected fraud, but these numbers prove it and our government and media refuse to do anything about it.

As each state reported their final election details, the evidence of voter fraud is astounding. Massive voter fraud has been reported in areas of OH and FL, with PA, WI and VA, all are deploying personnel to investigate election results.

Here are just a few examples of what has surfaced with much more to come.

      * In 59 voting districts in the Philadelphia region, Obama
received 100% of the votes with not even a single vote recorded for
Romney. (A mathematical and statistical impossibility).

      * In 21 districts in Wood County Ohio, Obama received 100% of
the votes where GOP inspectors were illegally removed from their
polling locations – and not one single vote was recorded for Romney.
      (Another statistical impossibility).

      * In Wood County Ohio, 106,258 voted in a county with only
      98,213 eligible voters.

      * In St. Lucie County, FL, there were 175,574 registered
eligible voters but 247,713 votes were cast.

      * The National SEAL Museum, a polling location in St. Lucie
County, FL had a 158% voter turnout.

      * Palm Beach County, FL had a 141% voter turnout.

      * In Ohio County, Obama won by 108% of the total number of
      eligible voters.

NOTE: Obama won in every state that did not require a Photo ID and lost in every state that did require a Photo ID in order to vote.”

      Imagine that!

      • deeme

I know it’s sickening and I stopped watching everyone immediately that said “He won fair and square..”/

      • poljunkie

In regards: Bill O Reilly’s message board that’s nice —but it would be a lot more meaningful if Bill actually did SOMETHING about it- on a higher level, rather than discuss it with like minded viewers/readers.

      • tinlizzieowner

Why do you think Obama told the Russians “WHEN I’m reelected, I’ll have more latitude”, instead of “IF I’m reelected, I’ll have more latitude”. 😉

  • Pancake3

Could it be that the Republican party is as guilty as the Democrat party with respect to cheating on votes? Is that why the Repubs don’t make an issue of voter fraud? It seems to take an independent group like True The Vote to challenge such shenanigans as seen in Florida. Go figure.

  • PatrickHenrysBody

Won’t change the outcome? Excuse me? The outcome would have been Mr. West winning the election, even though establishment GOPers redistricted him out of the election. The GOP gave the assist to the Democraps in this one. Even if it means destroying the GOP, the RINOS and establishment types will keep on traveling down the road of irrelevancy, as long as it means getting rid of another conservative in their party.

  • I so wish Allen West could win. Don’t know if he will at this stage of the game. But Allen West may have lost the battle, but he certainly won the war. He is now probably one of the best-known conservatives in the country, and rightfully so. He still has a great future ahead of him. I’d vote for him for anything, especially president.

  • Nice to see for once my donations aren’t wasted.

  • deeme

I would like to know if all you need to get a voter i.d. card is a driver’s license, and illegals are getting them with their green cards and a passport..then Illegals are voting ,,,yes or no/? Do we have a tally of that..

  • from Bill O’Reilly: . Obama won in every state that did not require a Photo ID and lost in every state that did require a Photo ID in order to vote.

    Imagine that!
Go, ALLEN!!! Use O’Reilly article in the court!

  • The woman deserves to be in prison. I can’t wait till blows up in Chris Murphy’s face. He’ll probably have to resign. You know Democrats don’t pay attention to politics in the off-season.

  • Orangeone

True the Vote just tweeted that over 69,000 have already read the lawsuit today!

Conservatives are still working in many states, wonder what that # will be in 24 hours….

  • crosshr

Excellent move. Whatever the findings, at least we the people send a message across for all thieves and corruptions act that sooner or later, you will held accountable for your evil misbehave

  • Well, since the RNC is constrained by a legal consent agreement and is legally prevented from contesting election results whenever race might be involved… at least these people can take action. Good for them!!!

    • Wisewoman2

I think that is a cop out too. If the party entered into an agreement of this nature under the constitutuion it is not binding on the party forever and ever only to those who made it. If it was done in the sixties it should probably be declared null and void by the chairmen of the Republican party with voter fraud as occurred in Fl and other states listed as the cause. I say that and I am an AA who marched with MLK for voting rights. That is absurd.

  • misterlogic0013

wheres Karl Rove when you need him ?? right………

  • Ray

I would assume the shredders started the moment they found out about this suit.

  • wodiej

Good for them. Glad someone is doing something. The GOP establishment sure isn’t.

  • tinlizzieowner

It’s about time. Those of us who live here in Florida know that this election was ‘rigged’ from the start.

  • Orangeone

Today’s tweet says 102,000 read the complaint yesterday, St. Lucie County couldn’t find the time.
