There are several Trump tweets this morning explaining the need for the NDA with Stormy Daniels by Mr. Cohen and how the payment wasn’t from campaign funds:
Mr. Cohen, an attorney, received a monthly retainer, not from the campaign and having nothing to do with the campaign, from which he entered into, through reimbursement, a private contract between two parties, known as a non-disclosure agreement, or NDA. These agreements are.....

Ok first of all, I’m pretty sure Trump didn’t write these tweets. They are written way too well and there’s no yelling. Dead giveaway.
Also, Trump says the NDA is in full force and that he’s going to use it against Stormy in arbitration after she and her attorney violated the agreement.
And lastly, he’s clearly suggesting that this payment had nothing to do with campaign funds.
As you recall, last night Giuliani explained that Trump reimbursed Cohen for the $130 payment. He apparently told Fox News reporter John Roberts that Trump didn’t know what the money was being used for, that Cohen said it was just ‘expenses’:
Rudy Giuliani told me that while @realDonaldTrump reimbursed Cohen for the $130k SD payment, POTUS didn’t know what the money was used for. Giuliani says Cohen merely told the President he had “expenses” for which POTUS reimbursed him.
