Just before the Americans who were prisoners in N. Korea landed at Joint Base Andrews, a reporter asked Trump if he thought he deserved the Nobel Prize:
Does Pres. Trump deserve the Nobel Prize? "Everyone thinks so, but I would never say it," he says.
"The prize I want is victory for the world." https://t.co/NkJuIoyFEp pic.twitter.com/gBF0XtEY6s

Here’s what he said:
“Everyone thinks so but I’d never say it,” Trump said smiling.
He continued, “You know what I want to do? I wanna get it finished. The prize I want is victory for the world. Not for even here, I want victory for the world, because that’s what we’re talking about. So that’s the only prize I want.”
I must say that’s a pretty good answer for Trump and one that I didn’t expect. It’s almost like after a year in office, he’s finally getting better at this whole president thing.
This is your open thread for the day, btw. So enjoy it!
