So after the first travel ban went down in flames before a federal court, President Trump vowed to fight it in the courts to the death!!! Well he gave up on that, and instead decided to write another travel ban and put it out in place of the first, poorly worded ban:
President Donald Trump is planning to sign an updated executive order banning travel from certain Middle Eastern and African countries early next week, possibly as soon as Monday, at the Department of Homeland Security, an administration official told CNN, cautioning that plans could change.
Trump was scheduled to sign the order last Wednesday but pushed it back after his joint address to Congress received overwhelmingly positive reviews.
“We want the (executive order) to have its own ‘moment,’ ” a senior administration official told CNN on Tuesday.
But uhmm… did you notice something funny? The reasoning as to why they’re postponing it makes no sense given what they’ve said previously to this.
When the first travel ban resulted in confusion and was generally called a failure, the administration made the excuse that they needed to get it out fast to stop all the bad terrorist people from getting into the country.
But NOW they’re postponing it for days, and why? For purely marketing reasons.
He also said the judge was putting people in peril, but isn’t he doing the same by postponing the second order?
Just cannot believe a judge would put our country in such peril. If something happens blame him and court system. People pouring in. Bad!

So which is it? Are they putting people at risk just for the sake of publicity? Or were they lying about why they put out the first travel ban too early?
It doesn’t matter. Trumpers will ignore the incongruity and anti-Trumpers will scream “Hitler” at everything.
