Apparently President-elect Donald Trump was busy too busy grabbing cats 8 years ago to watch the inaugural concert for Barack Obama, because he actually thought he had been the first to do such a thing.
Here he is claiming no one has ever done what he did before:

But, in fact, Obama had a concert 8 years ago, and although it might be an obscure historical event that few remember, we’re lucky to have footage of the event:
And, as snarky people on Twitter are pointing out, many more attended Obama’s concert than they have Trump’s eight years later:

I mean, that’s not really a fair comparison, is it? Right? Hmmm.

“I don’t know if it’s ever been done before,” Trump says of inauguration concert at Lincoln Memorial. Here’s Obama doing it in 2009. pic.twitter.com/Ni7d7M0HD5

I’m seeing the numbers 400,000 compared to 10,000 on Twitter, but we all know how numbers are lies from the pits of hell.
Trump just claimed credit for idea to have concert in front of Lincoln Memorial. Obama 2009 (l), Clinton 1993 (r). He lies about everything. pic.twitter.com/gOHsKMsmrv

All scurrilous lies, and probably photoshops. I blame globalists bankers… and we all know what that *really* means…
