I think what cheeto-face is attempting to say is that the water reservoir system in California has deteriorated so much that it doesn’t hold as much rain-water as it should. This is true. But there’s still a historic drought going in California. You’d have to be a completely stupid moron to believe there’s no drought. Or, the GOP nominee.
