President Trump isn’t holding back on his Twitter account for the new year, and in fact, it looks like he’s ramping up the twitter pressure!!
He just tweeted that the U.S. might shut down ALL aid to the Palestinian Authority because they have not helped the peace effort in the Middle East:

…peace treaty with Israel. We have taken Jerusalem, the toughest part of the negotiation, off the table, but Israel, for that, would have had to pay more. But with the Palestinians no longer willing to talk peace, why should we make any of these massive future payments to them?

That is a dangerous threat, but if he gets them to start playing ball with the Israelis, even his critics would have to agree he did something monumental.
Of course, this relates to his earlier threat to cut aid to Pakistan, which resulted in Nikki Haley announcing that they would be doing exactly that.
