Trump had said that Comey better hope he doesn’t have tapes once he starts leaking. Now that he HAS apparently leaked his memo to the press about his conversation with Trump, all of a sudden the president is implying they don’t exist.
Congressional investigators have also asked for the Trump tapes – we’ll see if Trump turns them over or just say they never existed. And as I’m a betting man, I bet he was bluffing on being willing to testify under oath too…
