El Presidente Trumpo thought that it would be good to take to Twitter and explain why it was that the Syrian army was still flying planes off of the airstrip he bombed yesterday.
The reason you don't generally hit runways is that they are easy and inexpensive to quickly fix (fill in and top)!

Apparently he didn’t like the criticism he’d been seeing in social media. Of course this just raises a bunch of other questions, as with most of Trump’s ill-considered tweets.
Earlier in the day he posted this about the airstrikes too:
Congratulations to our great military men and women for representing the United States, and the world, so well in the Syria attack.

There are all sorts of narratives shooting out of the airstrikes. Most politicians liked them, while a few say it was unconstitutional. Early on I saw anti-Trump people say that he disabled an airfield where the majority if anti-ISIS strikes were launched, so he just helped ISIS. NOW some are saying that he didn’t do enough to disable it. Others say he warned Putin ahead of time to make sure it didn’t actually do any good, and this is all for show. It’s basically all over the place…
