UGH: School allows transgender student to use the boy’s restroom

Ocean County Vocational Technical School’s Performing Arts Academy in New Jersey told Rubin Smyers, who out as a boy in 2013 and started using the boy’s restroom, that he was not allowed to use the boy’s restroom any longer and had to use a unisex restroom. But after a visit from some transgender group, the school reversed its decision and now ‘he’ can use the boy’s restroom now.

Hey, maybe Rubin will go to college and play football and then maybe the NFL can have its first transgender player.

I. just. can’t. wait.
