Jake Tapper fact-checked Ivanka’s claim that Daddy Trump offers paid maternity leave to all of his employees. Turns out she’s not telling the truth about it:

Tapper points out, via Huffpo, that unpaid maternity leave is certainly offered to all of Trump’s employees, but that’s because it’s federal law. The only way his employees can get paid leave is if they use the personal and vacation days they’ve already earned.
Huffpo even spoke with employees from other Trump hotels who said they definitely are not eligible for 8 weeks of paid maternity leave.
And when Trump’s campaign was contacted about these claims, they said they were not disputing them.
Tapper goes on to say that the Trump Organization does claim they have the policy, but eligibility varies from place to place and they won’t say who exactly gets this generous policy.
