UH OH: Second Dallas Hospital worker has contracted Ebola

Another employee of the Dallas hospital who took care of Thomas Eric Duncan has now tested positive for Ebola. Also, the report below describes how unprepared the Dallas hospital was for Duncan, saying if they knew then what they know now he would have been transferred to Emory hospital.
