You know, I don’t even care what Lavar Ball had to say this time. What concerns me is Trump’s inability to let this go.
Here he is just a few hours ago tweeting at Lavar Ball again and taking absolute full credit for the release of his son from China.
He also called him an “ungrateful fool!”:
It wasn’t the White House, it wasn’t the State Department, it wasn’t father LaVar’s so-called people on the ground in China that got his son out of a long term prison sentence - IT WAS ME. Too bad! LaVar is just a poor man’s version of Don King, but without the hair. Just think..

Look we know Lavar Ball is a fool. We don’t need the president calling him one on Twitter. Ugh.
What is there left to say about Trump in this regard? He’s clearly a petty egomaniac who must have the last word and honestly, it’s really quite pathetic.
