USA Today does political power rankings every week for the GOP candidates where they query 30 political experts around the country to find out what they think about the candidates. Well this week USA Today reports that Ted Cruz jumps from 6th place a week ago all the way to 4th place in their power rankings, just below Trump, Rubio and Carson.

Ted Cruz has demonstrated that he has staying power by turning in a tremendous fundraising quarter. That along with his real grassroots support has pushed him up 2 spots this week.
Carly Fiorina, however, dropped from being #1 a couple of weeks ago to #5 this week. And Jeb appears to be living in the #5, #6 spot consistently.
As far as Donald Trump, he got more votes this week on the power rankings than he did last week, so he’s not budging from the top.
