DAILY MAIL – Baltimore Police are appealing for help in finding the culprits who beat, stripped naked, mugged and then laughed at a St Patrick’s reveler.
The shocking video shows the victim, a tourist, being punched in the face in Downtown Baltimore followed by a sickening thud as his head hits the pavement near the entrance to the Courthouse East in the city.
Instead of helping him a crowd of people laughs out loud at him and then proceeds to add ignominy to his plight by stripping him naked, stealing his car keys, watch, money and making off with his iPhone.
