This is fantastic news! The Supreme Court has just ruled in favor of Masterpiece Cakeshop over the Colorado Civil Rights Commission, saying they violated the Free Exercise Clause.
BREAKING: The Supreme Court has issued its decision in Masterpiece Cakeshop, finding that the Colorado Civil Rights Commission's actions violated the Free Exercise Clause. Justice Kennedy wrote the opinion. Only Ginsburg and Sotomayor dissented. #courtsmatter #SCOTUS

BREAKING: #SCOTUS rules for #Masterpiece Cakeshop. @PeteWilliamsNBC describes it as a victory for the baker. But given the peculiarities of the case, the court doesn't answer larger questions about whether such vendors can claim a First Amendment right to refuse same-sex couples

This makes me so happy to see the Supreme Court rule properly on the Constitution. While I wish they would have answered the larger question, as NBC News suggests, this is a victory for Christians and a blow against these ridiculous civil rights commissions who want to punish us for not kowtowing to the homosexual agenda.
UPDATE:
I’m seeing many in the comments misunderstanding the characterization by NBC News as a ‘narrow’ ruling. They are not referring to the number of judges that ruled in the favor of Masterpiece Cakeshop, but rather the ruling itself. Read this short paragraph from the opinion that explains this:
