VIDEO: British government hires international investigators to go after highest level members of Islamic State

This is an interesting report from the BBC revealing that the British government is funding a team of international investigators to go after the highest level members of the Islamic State to gather evidence for prosecution. What’s interesting about this report is that it shows us what these investigators have learned about the structure of ISIS.

For example, they show the top level structure of the Islamic State and how it’s divided up into four councils:
