Today at Liberty University Trump read a verse from 2 Corinthians but in doing so he pronounced it as ‘Two Corinthians’ which got some laughs from the crowd. It’s not easy to hear but you can hear it and the CNN reporter acknowledges them as well:
Trump claims to be Christian but every time he talks about it, whether it’s about never asking forgiveness or in the case a simple Bible reference, he always sounds like a fish out of water trying to convince us he’s not a fish.
Something else the CNN reporter pointed out was that Trump didn’t go after Ted Cruz. I noticed this as well:
Trump didn’t want to get booed again in front of all those cameras again. He knew if he trashed Ted Cruz like he’s been doing all weekend, a video of him getting booed would be bad for winning. It would also make Ted Cruz look far better than he’s trying to portray him, so he pulled his punches.
