The Ford CEO actually did interview on CNN today just to correct the record after Trumpertantrum accused Ford of all malfeasance and threatened to penalize them for moving part of their business to Mexico.
Here’s the full interview where he explains what Ford is really doing and how it won’t affect a single job in America:
Ford’s CEO emphasizes how they’ve created more than 28,000 jobs in America in the last five years and that they produce by far more vehicles in America than any other automaker.
He also said none of those jobs will be affected by moving their small car operations to Mexico because they are replacing those operations with what he called ‘two very exciting products’.
Now of course he was very diplomatic in the interview and didn’t call Trump out. He basically just came on to correct the record so that the American people know the truth about what Ford is really doing.
