Watch: Jennifer Lawrence has a theory about Hurricane Irma and Donald Trump

Actress Jennifer Lawrence, star of the Hunger Games trilogy, co-star in the X-Men films and many other hits, has a theory about the vengeance of monster storm hurricane Irma. And I do mean vengeance.

From Newsbusters:

It’s also scary to know, that climate change is due to human activity, and we continue to ignore it, and the only voice that we really have is through voting,” Lawrence stated.

“And you have voted very recently, as a country” the interviewer acknowledged.

“And we voted, and it was really startling,” Lawrence added. She then insinuated that the hurricanes were “Mother Nature’s rage and wrath” at America for Trump.

“You know you’re watching these hurricanes now, and it’s really hard especially while promoting this movie, not to feel mother nature’s rage and wrath,” she stated.

It’s passing silly that they’re seeing global warming in the hurricane, considering it was all too recently they were pointing to a “dangerous” LACK of hurricanes as a sign of global warming.

Everything is a sign of it, you see. Like numerologists, they see portents and meaning in all information, even when it is contradictory. It’s called confirmation bias (among other things) by actual scientists. Or it was, back when we had some.
