Today Judge Gorsuch was asked in his Supreme Court nomination hearing his opinion on the Separation of Powers and he gave an excellent answer.

The more I hear from Gorsuch the more I really like him.
His answer was ‘genius’ if you ask me. And he’s right, it would be tyrannical for judges to create law. But sadly that is what’s happening.
I hope liberal judges all around the country are listening to the testimony of Gorsuch because they could definitely learn something from him, as could we all.
