WATCH: Paul Ryan says he’s seen NO evidence of Trump’s illegal vote claim

The press is obsessing again over Trump’s claim that he’d have won the popular vote if it weren’t for millions of illegal votes. Thus, Paul Ryan was again asked today about it. Here’s what he says:

Of course Trump’s claim is absurd at this point, as there is no actual evidence he can point to in order to justify his claim. But the claim isn’t new and the media has already obsessed about it before, which kinda makes me roll my eyes at this new version of the story.

But to be fair, the White House is trying to make the claim sound legitimate — but in a dismissive way, as they really just want the press to shut up about it.

Of course now every Republican is going to be asked about it and the media circus continues.
