Watertown Police Chief Edward Deveau recaps the shootout police had with the Tsarnaev brothers and how the younger brother actually ran over the older brother as police were trying to handcuff him and dragged his body a short ways down the street. Not sure if that’s how he died or not, as I’ve read the older brother has wounds from head to toe over his full body. But Deveau suggests they believe that may have been what did him in:
