As many of you probably saw, Trump tweeted against Nordstrom for dropping her line of clothing today, saying they had been unfair to her:

White House spokesman Sean Spicer defended the tweet today, saying Trump has every right to defend his family members who he believes are being targeted because of his policies and executive orders:

It certainly isn’t presidential for Trump to attack companies directly like this on Twitter, but that bird flew out of the “coo coo’s nest” a long time ago.
That said, I don’t really disagree with Spicer’s point. If a company is targeting Trump’s family members on the basis of his own policies, that is unfair and they deserve to be called out for it.
