The Washington Examiner’s Lisa Boothe, who I’m pretty sure is a Trump fan, was bewildered by his actions in the debate and afterward in this panel discussion on Fox News tonight:
She asks why, when Trump is down among Latinos and women, is he taking the bait that Hillary put out and railing on a Hispanic woman?!
The entire discussion is worth watching – Jonah Goldberg has some good points and Krauthammer has the perennial “what, you’re surprised by this?!” comment. He’s right though – Trump is just displaying the character we all thought he had. He just can’t keep from attacking when someone baits him.
But it all comes down to this – if Trump won then why is he making excuses? And for the second day in a row, Rush Limbaugh is whining about all the Trump fans who are calling him panicking because Trump lost the debate.
I guess we’re all tired of winning, right?
