#WINNING: Ted Cruz called an “Obamaphobic” by a Democrat, so he embraces it.

This is why they fear Ted Cruz because he won’t let them defeat him:

POLITICO – Sen. Ted Cruz is shrugging off criticism of his comments that President Barack Obama stands in the way of immigration reform and welcoming the charge that he’s “Obamaphobic.”

Responding to Cruz’s comments on ABC News that Obama is “the biggest obstacle” to passing immigration reform, one of the Gang of Eight, Sen. Robert Menendez (D-N.J.), said the Texas Republican’s assessment was wrong.

“I think he has Obamaphobia. The reality is that it is the Gang of Eight that came together, four Democrats and four Republicans, and said we need a path to citizenship,” Menendez said Tuesday on MSNBC’s “Jansing & Co.”

When Cruz heard what Menendez said last night, he tweeted the following:

So far he’s had 587 retweets including mine. This is why we love Ted Cruz, because he’s a fighter.

Vote for Cruz and make it a habit, oooh there’s ballot, I’m fixin’ to grab it!

    • Orangeone

Rshill7 And Cruz has issued a much stronger statement on the immigration situation which closes my open questions / doubts on any squishiness.  None found!

  • bfunk

Boom! Winning! This guy’s got tiger’s blood and adonis dna!

  • Orangeone

” So far he’s had 587 retweets including mine”  Mine too Scoop! Well Menendez couldn’t call him a racist now could he so now it’s a phobia of Obama.  Here’s a clue Menendez, a phobia is an unrealistic fear. With the destruction Obama has caused to our country it is not only a real fear but the leader Ted Cruz is demonstrating actionable nonviolent steps consistent with our forefathers stance for liberty and freedom.  Like Scoop says #WINNING

    • Orangeone  If you don’t have a phobia about Obama then you are an idiot and a fool.

Ted Cruz is the only honest politician left in the world I believe.  Pretty lonely place and I hope he is able to maintain.

      • Orangeone

MadJack Orangeone Did you finish reading my post?  A phobia is an unrealistic fear.  Given what Obama has done it is a real fear.

        • tshtsh

Orangeone MadJack You guys are using the liberal and the real meaning at the same time?

        • Orangeone MadJack Yes I did and it is a REAL FEAR, I agree.  But I still have a phobia about Obama.  😉  🙂  lol

        • Orangeone

MadJack Orangeone Okay, worried that my post was unclear.

        • Orangeone MadJack No it was very clear Orangeone, it’s that I am just a little sarcastic at times. 🙂  Actually when I chose my name it was between MadJack, SarcasticJack and CynicalJack.  But I finally decided I was MAD most of all.

        • Orangeone

          MadJack Orangeone I sometimes type so fast that I miss something or assume someone gets what I’m trying to say. Thx for the compliment, love your avi too!  My favorite Right by the way :}

      • njmom

MadJack Orangeone Its not us with the phobia. Its all those media sycophants, low information voters, big govt types and commies who have the problem. We’re the sane ones.

  • Watchman74

I charge Obama with being a truthaphobic.

    • The Sentinel

      And a lie-aholic.

  • anneinarkansas

Well, I guess I now know what I am…Count me in Senator Cruz!

      anneinarkansas
A Whacko Bird Obamaphobic? Me too. 🙂

  • WayneGlover

I fear leaders who trample the constitution, lie repeatedly and seek to enforce a totalitarian survelance state.
    I am Obamaphobic.

    • The Sentinel

      WayneGlover
      Spot on. So am I!!!
Rush was among the first to openly state that he hopes Obama fails. Wish more had jumped on that wagon back then.

  • njmom

One time I’d like to be on Twitter because I’d join the Senator.

    • The Sentinel

      njmom
      Same with me.
It’s sad… I avoid Twitter, Facebook, Google, etc. because they are not safe mediums for communication. Although neither is email or the Internet in general anymore. What a sad world we now live in.

      • jamesJ

Follow the lead of others. Who cares that the internet isn’t safe? Register your opinions anyway, loudly and often. It takes people who are fearless to fight against tyrannical governments, and lady, we are fighting against exactly that right now. Express yourself openly, with conviction and tell any critics to go pound sand. There are more of us disgusted with the direction our govt. and representatives have taken us, than the skewed polls will have you believe. The reason is obvious: If we all knew that a significant majority of our fellow citizens felt the same way we do, we would be even more energized to verbalize our dissent. That would bring the house down on all of this BS that our own govt. is trying so desperately to shove down the throats of its citizens.

      • cabensg

The Sentinel   He!! embrace em. What have you got to lose. Maybe you should give up your phone to. They already know who we are and right now the numbers are to large for them to do anything about. We need to increase our numbers not retreat in any way including communicating in whatever way we want to.

  • DHardy

Man to man Obama is nothing but a half pint loud mouth dictator and twerp…..but if you are not frightened by his actions behind one of  the most powerful desks in the world..you are just not paying attention…if anyone is scared It’s Obama he is a paranoid freak and is constantly looking behind him and spying on people…

    • kong1967

DHardy ….except Obama isn’t doing it because he feels vulnerable or scared.  He’s a prowler and predator.

      • lawngreen

kong1967 DHardy  But the real danger is first, the unAmerican voters who elected him as a Senator with zero accomplishments, the 2x as president ditto, and second, the unseen powers that are pulling obama’s strings. No way is obama smart enough to get this far on his own. We have to remember that, and if we do win back our country, we MUST go looking for the person / organization that put obama in power, and put them permanently out off business.

        • kong1967

lawngreen A lot of people that voted for Obama aren’t necessarily anti-American.  Some of the things Obama claimed to represent are very attractive, but we all knew better.  He’s a snake and a liar, and he will say anything to get what he wants.   We have to win the information war so our youth understand why too much socialism is a bad thing.  As long as they think conservatism means taking all the wealth and not be willing to help the weak or poor, we don’t stand a chance.

        • lawngreen

No disrespect intended, not in the least, but I’m not sure I agree with you. What obama stood for from the first was not American. Maybe some who voted for him think they are Americans but (philosophically) aren’t. They are socialists, whether they realize it or not.

I guess that’s because the public education system, corrupt churches and media, and broken families that have become more common during the last forty years have robbed the last two generations of their history, their national pride, and, literally, their ability to think.
I think what we need is a way to get the attention of obama’s unthinking fans, a way to startle them into looking at us without the usual labels popping into their minds instantly. We have to get them to open their minds before we can get them to think, and they have to think before they can understand.

  • The Sentinel

How funny that the criminal Sen. Robert Menendez (D-N.J.) is the one who’s name calling. He’s so in the tank for making illegal aliens democrap voters that it’s simply sickening and hypocritical.
Cruz is a leader and man I fully support just for this reason. McLame calls him a “Whacko Bird” for doing the right thing… Cruz embraces it and makes McLame look like the pitiful, sniveling, lying little worm that he really is. Sen. Robert Menendez (D-N.J.) reads the next chapter of Alinky’s book and starts with the name calling too. Cruz embraces it. Why? Because Cruz is absolutely right and he’s honorable, principled and stands up to injustice and evil.
What does Boehner, McConnell and the rest of the little girls in the GOPe do? They capitulate. They compromise. They back down. They’re concerned that the evil side of our government won’t “like them” or that they may lose votes or something. They’re cowards. They’re self-serving political hacks who care nothing for this nation… all they want to do is play political chess so they’ll benefit from it – the American people be damned. And we are damned with them in charge.
Cruz represents principled leadership and he’s the brightest light in Washington D.C. right now. May God bless him and protect him. I expect him to be our president in 2016.

    • kong1967

The Sentinel  Democrats are “in your face” pro-illegals, but Republicans aren’t much better (as you alluded to).  They are more concerned with the Hispanic vote than they are the welfare of the country.

  • joyfulgiver

Hey Scoop, help us out! Those of us who don’t tweet or use FB, we want our voices heard, too! Can you run some sort of poll here? so Senator Cruz will know how many REAL conservatives are Obamaphob’s who support him and the rest of Congress will see the numbers and maybe wake up, (haha).  It’s WE THE PEOPLE! Let our voices be heard, afterall, we know they are listening, watching, spying on everything we do, say and type here on the rightscoop.

    • Hawkman007

joyfulgiver  I agree.. I do not do social media…..

    • lawngreen

joyfulgiver   Good idea. 2nd the motion! Third, actually. Hawkman is the 2nd.

    • BS61

I agree, that’s a great idea!  The only reason I joined twitter was because JennyBethM of the Tea Party Patriots encouraged me to do so and gabe me instructions.

  • stage9

    What I have is Obamalignity.

  • Redhenagain

    I am an Obamaphobic.

  • JohnSmyth1

We allowed the Left to define Political Correctness and we mindlessly followed their new definition.  It then became the War Chant of the Left until the masses believed it and hard wired it into their minds.  They have done the same thing with Islamaphobia and Obamaphobia.  I certainly do not have these two phobias.  When accused of either I explain my position against these two because I see them as “Islamalevolance” and “Obamalevolance” which usually results in a blank stare from synapse overload.  Orangeone is Spot on!  We need to consistently call them on the BS they spew.

  • YAY!  I love him!!!

    • Conservative_Hippie

      AmericanborninCanada Get in line AbC-Sister!

  • MacWell

To all of you here who’re afraid of using social media, I say, phuck em. I  ain’t scared of no politician or their henchmen. I’ll say whatever I want, whenever I want. This is STILL America last time I looked and I STILL have th right to say what I think, if they don’t like it, let em stick my butt in jail, or GitMo, or wherever.

  • brjohnson

I am Obamaphobic and the country is suffering from Barraktoseptosemia.

    • kong1967

brjohnson  That must be a real medical term.  I mean, I can’t pronounce it so it must be.

      • brjohnson

Sepsis is a http://www.sepsisalliance.org/sepsis/definition/ to infection and affects the entire body. Septosemia is a serious, life-threatening infection that gets worse very quickly like what has happened to the United States Since the anointed one was elected. Barrack is the causal factor of the disease.

        • kong1967

brjohnson Lol.  I was joking because I thought you just made it up.  It really is a medical term.  It attaches to Obama’s name like they were made for each other.

        • vorlath

          kong1967 brjohnson So you’re saying it’s a self-redundant term. IOW, it repeats itself… like I just did.

  • NYGino

What our country needs is an Obamanectomy.

    • kong1967

NYGino  ROFLMAO!  Thanks.  I just woke up a few minutes ago and that was a great way to start the day.

    • Conservative_Hippie

      NYGino LOL!

    • PoCoTex

NYGino That’s so funny, I just about choked on my breakfast! Anyway, I found the surgical procedure for an Obamnectomy:
“You have been provided with a razor blade, a piece of gauze, and a bottle of Scotch. Remove your Obama. Do not suture until your work has been inspected. You have 15 minutes.”

    • lawngreen

NYGino  Bravo fortissimo! I award you Quote Of The Month, 1st place.

    • vorlath

      NYGino 😀

  • kong1967

Who says we need a path to citizenship?  If someone breaks into your house do you give them a path to a set of keys and their own bed?  They’re illegal.  Go home !

  • Conservative_Hippie

    Man, I love this guy!

  • colliemum

I may not be an US citizen, but I’m one of the re-tweeters, and am also proud to be an Obamaphobic!

  • cabensg

He’s not just a fighter he never lets them frame the debate and never lets name calling dissuade him from the real message. This is an art to many haven’t mastered when going up against the left. He’s still the man in my book.

  • Proudhispanicconservative

Not to be taken as a gay comment: I love this man:)

  • PVG

I pray it becomes an epidemic!

  • Conservator1

If the RINOs in Congress don’t agree with Sen. Cruz, I guess I have become a ‘Tea Party’ conservative. I can support much of the immigration bill – paying fines/back taxes, moving to the so-called back of the line, etc. But there’s no way I can support a bill that doesn’t close the borders first, doesn’t fix the work-visa problem which is the way most illegals entered this country and most important, doesn’t provide a pathway to citizenship.
People who entered this country illegally should never get the right to vote in American elections; federally and local.
If Republicans like McCain, Graham and Rubio don’t understand that providing a pathway to citizenship with the right to vote to some 10 million plus illegals who will become mostly registered Democrats and thus, make the GOP a permanent minority party without power, then who in hell needs or wants a this party anymore?

    • lawngreen

Conservator1   I agree on all points. Well said.

  • dneuwen

name-calling is  a disease of the left devoid of good argument. turning the tables around, menendez who is accused of consorting with underage girls must be showing early symptoms of  cruzophobia.

  • famouswolf

I’d retweet that if I tweeted.
Am I afraid of obama? Duh, am I afraid of poisonous snakes and spiders?

    • lawngreen

      famouswolf  Just a little fun:
      The spiders are coming! Run!

      • famouswolf

‘Welcome to my parlor, said the spider to the flies’, and they flocked to it in their ignorant millions!
Man, Hitler never had it so good-he had to work for it! Nerobama must be the most successful spider in history.
obamaphobia? Only if you are sane and have a survival reflex!

        • lawngreen

          famouswolf  Agreed.

  • Blackened144

Dont they have a path to citizenship already?    It involves going back to their home country and getting in line behind everyone else who was trying to come here legally.

  • lawngreen

Verbal judo. Excellent. Not afraid of the enemy, not afraid of words. Good man!
Because I didn’t hear Cruz’s stance on immigration early on, I was worried about whether he’d turn on the Right like so many others have done. It doesn’t look like that now, does it? He’s standing solid. Thank you, Senator Cruz!

  • yazz55

Methinks most, if not all who post here are obamaphobic.
I’ve been afflicted with obamaphobia for over 4 years.

  • cozyinnewengland

    Me too!
Very phobic of our President. But, thanks to NSA, he already knew that, didn’t he?

  • standbesideherUSA

CLOSE the border for Heaven’s sake before anything else is even proposed.  Duh!

  • 1RandiStarr
  • JohnCraven

I don’t TWEET so I’ll just have to say “Ditto!” to Ted Cruz’ comments.
