Woman is saved from being STABBED to death by a guy with a GUN – so he was FIRED from his job!!

Details are really sketchy from why a woman began stabbing an acquaintance in front of GM, but it’s very clear that it was a “good guy with a gun” who saved her.

Here’s how it happened:

Of course, the dude was fired. Because you can’t have guts in America anymore – at least, not if you have a gun while you’re saving a woman’s life.

Here’s more on the story from Fox 2 News Detroit:

An employee at the General Motors Technical Center in Warren stabbed by someone visiting the plant Wednesday.

The 52-year-old victim was hospitalized and suspect arrested by police – but the valet service supervisor with a valid CPL who pulled his gun to stop the attack, says he was fired.

Didarul Sarder, SP+ Valet Supervisor was heading into work Wednesday morning at the General motors technical center in Warren, when he heard the cry for help.

“The lady kept saying ‘I’m dying, someone help’ and it was just natural reaction,” said Didarul Sarder, SP+ Valet Supervisor. “I just see this lady getting stabbed. I only had like half a second to think and I un-holstered my firearm and pointed it at her to drop the knife.”

The stabbing happened right outside the main entrance of the central office building where the 52-year-old victim works.

Police say the suspect, a 32-year-old woman, came to see the employee. They argued in the lobby, then went outside where the suspect pulled a knife, stabbing her multiple times in the neck, back and abdomen.

Sarder told the woman to freeze until she was arrested by police.

FOX 2: “You probably saved this woman’s life.”

“I hope so, I hope she makes it,” Sarder said. “Maybe those few seconds before the police arrived could be the difference between life and death.”

The victim, identified as Stephanie Kerr, is in critical condition, and lucky the stabbing didn’t go any further, according to city officials. All of which is why Sarder says he was surprised to be fired on the spot by a GM employee, then escorted off the property.

“He said, ‘You shouldn’t have had a firearm here,'” Sarder said. “‘After this is done he needs to be escorted off the property. He’s not welcome back here.’

“I was really bummed out. I got a little emotional.”

Sarder, who has a valid CPL, works for a company contracted by GM. He says he started working on the grounds in December and was never informed of a no gun policy.

GM officials, however, deny firing Sarder, saying in a statement, “Because this is an ongoing investigation we cannot comment. However, we can say GM has not requested the valet be dismissed. To our knowledge the valet remains an employee of the vendor.”

Maybe they should do everything that they can to make sure he gets a reward, not a pink slip. Maybe some social media pressure might help GM come to the light on this issue.

And this is how bad-ass the guy is – he has absolutely no regrets even though he got summarily fired:

“I would do it all over again. If I could save this woman’s life over a job. I can get another job.”

DUDE. Who is this guy and why isn’t anyone giving him a medal?!?!?

Well don’t worry. He at least got his job back, according to this very cool Facebook post from Jim Fouts, the Mayor of Warren, Michigan:

So that’s good. Now someone give him a damn medal. Oh, and send this to liberals who think that these kind of stories never happen, and that guns only kill innocent people. In this case, it saved a women from certain death, and not a shot was fired.
