Trump’s lawyer in the Trump University case seems to disagree with his client about the judge in the case, Judge Curiel.
He told Yahoo News that they are NOT seeking a recusal by the judge in this case, that the judge is just doing his job:
The lawyer even goes on to compliment the judge, saying he did a good job today “of trying to balance out competing interests”.
So if Trump is calling the judge out based on race, but his lawyers have no intention of seeking recusal, does this mean Trump is just playing the race card to help get himself elected?
Remember, Trump did say yesterday that he believes the attacks are helping him.
