I put this together to emphasize that the Obama administration seems to be talking out of both sides of its mouth (h/t Mark Levin).
The only way I can see this as being the same message is to parse Napolitano’s words. She said they were going after employers who ‘exploited’ undocumented workers. If she means by ‘exploited’ that employers are paying undocumented workers too little, then the message might be the same. But I think that’s a stretch because it shouldn’t matter what they pay undocumented workers. Illegal is illegal.
