Jeb Bush says in order to win Iowa, you can’t just ‘helicopter in and leave’, an obvious hit at Trump. He says you have to do the hard work of talking to each voter, that you just can’t lob it in or something:
I think there’s probably some truth to that, but the bigger truth right now is that Trump is winning in Iowa and Jeb is way down in the polls and that’s why Jeb is sweating it out at the Iowa fair.
Trump is trying to do things differently in Iowa, or so they say, and so far whatever he is doing is working. In fact I just saw on the news that Trump will be offering helicopter rides at the fair, which is probably what Jeb was referring to.
