BillO believes that America is doing a good thing by protecting the citizens of Libya but Beck disagrees:
The only thing the no-fly zone accomplishes is to keep Qaddafi from massacring his people from the air. It doesn’t prevent him from doing it on the ground. And if the US role is really to protect the citizens of Libya, as Obama claims, then our aim must be to take out Qaddafi. Otherwise we aren’t protecting anyone except the birds.
What we are really doing, whether intentional or not, is paving the way for the Muslim Brotherhood to take over Libya. Given Obama’s statements about the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, I tend to think it’s intentional. And as long as we continue to push for revolution in the Middle East, we’ll see that trend continuing.
