As many of you noticed we had an outage that for all intents and purposes lasted for around 13 hours. I am still trying to get to the bottom of what happened but it seems that my tech support has finally come through for me. Cross your fingers and lets hope this doesn’t happen anymore. If it does we will indeed be making other arrangements.
