A lib caller tells Rush that it’s the job of the Congress to provide jobs for American citizens. Yeesh! But the thing he said that was even more moronic was that there hasn’t been infrastructure improvements since the New Deal. At that point Rush hangs up on him and gives him a quick lesson in conservatism.
