The Chairman of the House Democratic Caucus just claimed that because of the work Biden has done to ‘crush’ the virus, states are now able to drop the mask mandates.

He can’t be talking about testing, because Biden completely missed the boat on that. I honestly don’t know what he’s talking about. The only thing that I can tell that’s made any difference in the last few months is the emergence of Omicron, a mild covid variant. That’s why hospitalizations and deaths are down, not because of Biden.
Biden has nothing to do with Democrats dropping mask mandates.

Clearly Democrats are only interested in winning elections and they’ll say anything, no matter how absurd, to do it. And of course, the media will go right along with them.
UPDATE: I should mention that the White House has suddenly called a press briefing by the White House COVID Response team for today. After seeing this, I feel sure they are going to try and convince everyone that they’ve crushed the virus and will take credit for the mask mandates being revoked. They might even declare the pandemic over. That’s how scared they are in this election year.
