The people trying to defend Obama’s dishonest attacks against Bain are all finding themselves doing one of two dances: The ‘dodge the bullet’ dance or the ‘pretzel-logic’ dance. While both are similar, DWS clearly does the latter when asked by CNN’s Will Cain to explain how Obama laying off jobs at GM is any different than Bain laying off jobs at any of their purchased companies:
I love how at the end Cain says “Did [Obama] not save that industry by laying off workers at the auto companies?” and DWS responds with “No.” Wow, that’s a flat-out lie because not only did the Obama administration force GM into bankruptcy, they laid off a ton of workers to try and get the company back on track. This, after dumping billions into the company earlier in the year.
Even though they did the same thing in laying off workers, Obama wins and Romney is just an evil greedy warlord company-pillager person thingy.
Love seeing Obama’s smarmy spinsters fail.
