This clip is really unbelievable to me. I mean, ok, it’s O’Reilly. But still, the Constitution is the Constitution and no state of emergency can supersede it. BillO claims that in a state of emergency, as happened with Katrina, it’s ok for the government to come take your guns away if they deem it necessary. This happened in New Orleans during the aftermath of Katrina, but whose guns did they take away? They would like to say everyone, however criminals aren’t going to be so nice as to just give up their guns. So if you take away the law abiding citizen’s gun, and they get robbed, who then will protect them? Just seems like a major waste of time and quite unconstitutional. (H/T Gateway Pundit)
